The Greek Organization of Football Prognostics S.A. (OPAP S.A.), according to article 4.1.3.3. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces that:
a) The 10th Ordinary General Assembly of the shareholders scheduled for Monday, May 10th 2010 at 12:00 has been called off, as the shareholders' access to the building was not feasible, due to the Agents Federation's representatives and members blocking of the General Assembly process.
b) Accordingly, the Board of Directors, according to Law, will set a new date for the 10th Ordinary General Assembly of OPAP's shareholders at the next meeting on May 13th 2010.
c) In the context of its obligations according to the Regulation of the Athens Exchanges and pursuant to articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1., OPAP S.A. announces that the company will inform investors with a new release for the new dates that the shares will be traded at the Athens Exchange, without the dividend right, for the fiscal year 2009 (record date), as well as the new date commencing the remaining dividend for the fiscal year 2009 in replacement of the original dates set, which previously were:
Friday May 14th 2010: Ex-dividend Date.
Tuesday May 25th 2010: FY 2009 Dividend Payment (through National Bank of Greece).
