SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Efstathios Christopoulos, "Other Manager" of the Company, proceeded on 05/05/10 to the sale of 750 common shares at the average price of 4.61 euros of total value 3,453.75 euros.
