AMENDMENT OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2015

Thessaloniki Water Supply & Sewerage Company SA announces that following a decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders held on June 29, 2015, Monday at 11:00 a.m., in the Greek Central Securities Depository SA (Formerly Thessaloniki Stock Exchange Centre), the Financial Calendar towards the dividend cut and payment as follows:

The dividend cut will take place on July 13th 2015. The dividend record date to the registered shareholders is the July 14, 2015 and the dividend payment date to the beneficiaries will begin on July 20, 2015.
