As part of Company's obligations regarding the information of investors, ATHENS MEDICAL S.A., Announces the Financial Calendar for year 2009: announcement of year's 2009 results : Wednesday, 31 March 2010 Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders : Wednesday 30 June 2010, ex dividend date: Monday 12 July 2010.
(The date follows the expiration of futures and option on FTSE/ASE Mid 40). Dividends beneficiaries: Wednesday 14 July 2010 according to the new Stock Exchange regulation, corporate transactions are performed based on record date rule instead of trade date rule, consequently the beneficiaries are the registered investors in S.A.T. records at the above mentioned date (record date).
Dividend payout: Monday, 19 July 2010. Details will be given with company's announcement later.
Annual briefing to analysts: Tuesday 1 July 2010. Company clarifies that results will be announced after the closing of Athens Stock Exchange Market transactions in Company's website (www.iatriko.gr) and in Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athex.gr). Results will be published in Press the following day.
