OPAP S.A., pursuant to article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and resolution 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Capital Market Commission BoD, announces that OPAP`s BoD, decided and approved the election and appointment of Mr. George A. Rallis as temporary independent non executive member of the Board, in replacement of the resigned independent non executive member of the Board, Mr. Venetsanos I. Rogakos, for the remaining term of office and redefined the Board status as follows:
