MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. announces that following the decision of the Board of Directors of 29.7.2010, the Company's fully paid up share capital amounts to four hundred fifteen million nine hundred seventy seven thousand two hundred nineteen euro and ninety cents (415,977,219.90 €), divided into seven hundred seventy million three hundred twenty eight thousand one hundred eighty five (770,328,185) registered shares of a par value of fifty four cents (0.54 €) each. Each share of the Company confers the right to one (1) vote.
