MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. announces according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on August 19th, 2010 Mr. Alexandros Edipidis, Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of MIG, acquired 16,933 MIG shares due to participation in the share capital increase of the Company effected through reinvestment of capital return by shareholders, with total net value of EUR 16,086.35.
