Announcement of acquisition by ATEbank of the issued shares of its subsidiary ATE Mutual Funds S.A.

ATEbank announces the acquisition of the issued shares of its subsidiary ATE Mutual Funds S.A. from ATE Insurance S.A (46%). ATEbank now holds 100% of the issued share capital of ATE Mutual Funds S.A.
