(Issuer) announces in accordance to L.3556/2007 and following receipt of the relevant transaction information, that on the 29th of July, 2010, the total participation of Capital Research and Management Company, in the share capital and voting rights (held indirectly) of the Issuer dropped from 2.188.426 to 1.538.717, below 5%.
