Based on the article 9, 10 and 14 of the L.3556/2007, on the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, on the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as on Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the Company "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. announces the following: After a relevant notification received on 10.08.2010 from DELHAIZE GROUP S.A. in accordance with article 13, par.1, case (a) of the L.3556/2007, on 09.08.2010, the shareholder DELHAIZE "The Lion" NEDERLAND B.V., which is a 100% owned subsidiary of Delimmo S.A. which in turn is a 100% owned subsidiary of DELHAIZE GROUP S.A., acquired through the squeeze-out right pursuant to Article 27 of L.3461/2006 1.155.360 shares of the Company "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. resulting to a change of voting rights equal or higher than 3% since its previous notification and crossed the 2/3 threshold. Hereafter, the holding of voting rights of the shareholder DELHAIZE "The Lion" NEDERLAND B.V from 11.403.438 (89,56%) reaches 12.732.720 (100%), on total voting rights.
