Hellenic Exchanges' Board of Directors, elected Mr. Konstantinos Mitropoulos as new non-executive member, in place of Mr. Nikolaos Karamouzis who resigned. Mr. Mitropoulos is Chairman of Eurobank EFG Equities S.A.
The election of the new member will be put to shareholders for approval at the next General Meeting of the company.
