Frigoglass announces that the amount of the dividend per share shall be increased by the amount of the dividend corresponding to the Company’s own shares, according to the requirements of Greek Law. Thus, the amount of the dividend which shall be paid to the shareholders will be Euro 0.106315 per share (before tax).
The above dividend amount is subject to a 10% tax imposed on dividends pursuant to article 18 of the recent Law 3697/2008. The amount of the interim dividend per share to be paid will be Euro 0.095684.
