On the basis of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholder's resolution dated 23.4.2010 regarding the purchase of self shares, MOTODYNAMICS S.A. - in accordance with par. 2 and 3 of article 5 of the EU Regulation 2273/2003 - , because of the low liquidity and in accordance with the topics of the 4/12/09/5308 letter of the Capital Market Committee, notifies that from 1.10.10 until 30.12.10 may proceed with the purchase of self shares above the percentage of 25% of the daily average volume, without exceeding 50% of it.
