BT and Space Hellas have announced Space Hellas? new status as BT Alliance Partner for the selling, distribution and support of a fuller range of products and services from across the BT portfolio in Greece and Cyprus. This includes domestic and global connectivity as well as managed services, audio conferencing and call centre services in Greece and Cyprus. In order to reach partner status, Space Hellas had to meet demanding requirements, including guaranteed quality of service and 24/7 support excellence.
The two companies have had a well established relationship for fourteen years, working together to deliver telecommunication services to multinational companies in Greece and Cyprus. Customers include leading local providers of financial services, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies. BT Alliance is a global partner programme, established to support BT Global Services in the selling, distribution and support of a range of products and services from across the BT portfolio through a global network of partners. The BT Alliance programme was officially launched in 2008 and comprises over one hundred partners in more than fifty countries.
