The Board of Directors of Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA) informs its shareholders that, pursuant to the decision of the company's Annual General Μeeting of Shareholders, of June 16, 2010, the dividend for the fiscal year 2009 amounts to €93.128.573,91 or €0.19 per share. The said dividend is subject to a 10% withholding tax (euro 0.019 per share, in accordance with the provisions of Greek Law 3697/2008), and therefore shareholders will receive a net dividend amount of €0.171 per share.
The ex-dividend date will be July 9, 2010. Dividend payment will commence on Monday, July 19, 2010.
