The company ALAPIS S.A. discloses that on the session of the BoD on October 22nd 2010, Mr. Periklis Livas, Vice-President of the BoD and Managing Director of the company resigned. As new member of the BoD was elected Mrs. Maria Birbili daughter of George. The new Board of Directors was formed into body at the same session and is as follows:
1. Aristotelis Charalambakis, son of Ioannis, non-executive member, President of the BoD,
2. Stylianos Kymbarides, son of Konstantinos, executive member of the BoD Vice-President and Managing Director of the company,
3. Maria Birbili daughter of George, non- executive member of the BoD (new member),
4. Nikolaos Karandanis, son of Konstantinos, independent non-executive member of the BoD,
5. Evridiki Georgakaki, daughter of Kimonas, independent non-executive member of the BoD.
It is noted that in replacement of the resigned Vice-President, Mr. Stylianos Kymbarides was elected, who was an executive member of the BoD and Managing Director up to date.
The Managing Director, Mr Stylianos Kymbarides, represents and binds the company by signing under the company's stamp. The term of service of the new Board of Directors ends on 11.05.2012.
