Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A. announces that today, 18 June 2010, submitted to the company ATTIKAT ATE a binding offer for the acquisition of its participation in the companies ATTIKI ODOS S.A. and ATTIKA DIODIA S.A. (a percentage of 9,88% of the total number of shares, respectively). Since, pursuant to the articles of association of the above companies and the relevant shareholders agreements, the remaining shareholders have a preferential right to acquire the above percentage of shares, ATEbank shall immediately inform the investing public and Athens Stock Exchange, as soon as there are final developments concerning the above procedure.
