ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE DELISTING OF "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. SHARES FROM ATHEX

"ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. informs the investors that the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in its 564th /29.09.2010 meeting approved the delisting of the Company's shares from ATHEX. Therefore, from 01/10/2010 the Company will no longer be included in the listed companies of ATHEX.
