Announcement

"ALUMIL - ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." administration announces that on the 14th of June 2010, the Company's Board of Directors and the Board of "ALUNEF S.A." adopted the Draft Merger Agreement by absorption of "ALUNEF S.A." by "ALUMIL - ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A.", according to Article 78 of Law 2190/1920, and Articles 1-5 of Law 2166/1993. The Draft Merger Agreement will be disclosed within the next days, as it is prescribed by the Law.
