"ALUMIL - ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY SA" administration, announces the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company to acquire 47% of the share capital of the subsidiary "ALUMIL POLSKA Spz oo" based in Torun, Poland for the amount of 282.000 zloty (National Polish currency), i.e. around € 70.939,86. A new announcement will follow with the completion of the process.
It should be noted that the above acquisition will not materially affect the Group's financial statements.
