Further to the press release posted earlier today, 15.07.2010, Piraeus Bank announces its offer for the acquisition of the Greek State's shares in Agricultural Bank of Greece (ABG) and Hellenic PostBank (TT) at the price of EUR 0.53 per ABG share and EUR 3.5 per TT share, to be paid in cash.
