SIDMA S.A. announces the appointment of Mr. Antonis Karadeloglou in the position of Commercial Director for Greece, replacing Mr. Ioannis Papageorgiou, who has been appointed Commercial Director of the company ERLIKON for the Wire Products, member of group SIDENOR. The above statement is in accordance with the article 6 of the L. 3340/2005, the articles 2 and 3 of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Boarding Committee of the HCMC and the articles 4.1.3.1. and 4.1.3.6. of the Regulation of ASE.
