MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 16 of Greek Law 2190/20 and with Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Comity, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 23/04/2010 and the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 26/04/2010, that has proceeded on 09/07/2010 to the purchase of 99 own shares with an average purchase price Euro 1,03 per share and a total purchase price Euro 112,23. The above 99 shares were purchased through ALPHA FINANCE.
