OPAP S.A. announces, that pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3340/2005, as well as the Capital Market Commission's decisions 3/347/12.7.2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007, Eurobank EFG Equities A.E.P.E.Y., notified OPAP S.A. on 05.10.2010, that:
1) Bought on 29.09.2010, 6,931 common registered shares of OPAP S.A. at a total value of €80,902.07
2) Bought on 29.09.2010, 1 future of OPAP S.A. at a total value of €1,116.00
3) Bought on 30.09.2010, 4,165 common registered share of OPAP S.A. at a total value of €48,510.53
4) Bought on 01.10.2010, 4,162 common registered shares of OPAP S.A. at a total value of €48,620.42
5) Sold on 01.10.2010, 2,779 common registered shares of OPAP S.A. at a total value of €32,027.95.
The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities A.E.P.E.Y. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities A.E.P.E.Y. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
