ATEbank announces that, pursuant to the provisions of article 5, Law 3845/2010, the extraordinary lump-sum contribution on the total net income for fiscal year 2010 amounts to € 467,332.34 for the Group. There is no corresponding obligation for the Parent company. The above-mentioned amount will encumber the financial results of 2010 on a consolidated basis.
