Lambrakis Press SA announces that on November 4, 2010 its 100% owned subsidiary company Michalakopoulou SA signed a sale and lease back agreement with Ethniki Leasing S.A. for its multi-storey office building situated at 80, Michalakopoulou street, Athens. The total funding reaches the amount of 26 mn euro. The lease agreement has a duration of 12 years and the company holds the right to buy back the property at the end of the lease period against 5 euros.
