Space Hellas hereby, according to article 9 of the Law 3556/2007 and with purpose the accommodation of the investment community for the calculation and determination of shareholders or non-shareholders limits voting rights through acquisition or disposal announces:
A. After the reduce of the share capital by 200.000 € with decreasing the total number of shares from 26.326.120 to 25.826.120 common registered shares with voting rights due to the annulment of the treasury shares held by the company according to article 16 of the Law 2190/1920
B. The increase of the shares nominal value from 0.40€ euro per share to 1.60€ per share and the reduction of the total number of existing shares from 25.826.120 to 6.456.530 common registered shares with voting rights (reverse split) with radio 1 new share in replacement of 4 existing shares according to the decisions of the General Shareholders Meeting at June 30th, 2010.
Pursuant to the above the share capital of Space Hellas S.A. rises to (10.330.448€) divided (6.456.530) common registered with voting rights shares, with nominal value one Euro and sixty cents (1.60€) per share.
