As a follow-up to our previous announcements to investors, ELLAKTOR S.A. hereby announces that - within the framework of the resumed efforts made by ATTIKAT S.A. for the sale to AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. of its entire holding in ATTIKI ODOS S.A. and ATTIKA DIODIA S.A., as well as its offer made to us for the corresponding number of shares issued by ATTIKI ODOS S.A. (out of the holding being sold) - we have formally declared that we do not intend to exercise, in part or in whole, the pre-emptive rights that correspond to use in connection with the above holding.
