In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Committee of European Union, Sciens International Investments and Holding S.A. announces that following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 20, 2010 and the Board of Directors' resolution dated May 20, 2010, and in accordance with article 16 of L. 2190/1920, during the period from 24.08.2010 to 30.08.2010 acquired in total 18,438 own shares through PROTONBANK S.A. at the average purchase price of € 0.51 per share and total value of the transaction of € 9,408.76.
