The Board of Directors of Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA) informs its shareholders that, pursuant to the decision of the company's Annual General Assembly of Shareholders, of June 16, 2010, the dividend for fiscal year 2009 amounts to €93.128.573,91 or €0.19 per share. The said dividend is subject to a 10% withholding tax (euro 0.019 per share, in accordance with the provisions of Greek Law 3697/2008), and therefore shareholders will receive a net dividend amount of €0.171 per share.
The ex-dividend date will be July 9, 2010. Dividend payment will commence on Monday, July 19, 2010. The dividend will be paid through ALPHA BANK S.A.
