Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola Hellenic, the Company) announces, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the European Commission and pursuant to relevant resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders dated 27 April 2009 and of its Board of Directors dated 30 April 2009, that on 14 June 2010 it bought back 67,500 shares at an average price of euro 17.8106 per share, with a total value of euro 1,202,218.08. The shares were purchased through National P&K Securities S.A.
