In the context of the provision of Article 9(5) of Law 3556/2007 and in order to calculate and specify the limits on major holdings acquisition or disposal by shareholders or holders of voting rights, BIOTER S.A. informs investors about the following:
Following increase in the nominal value of the company's each share from € 1.04 to € 4.16 through reverse split of the total number of existing shares from 70,319,016 to 17,579,754 ordinary registered shares with voting rights at a ratio of 1 new share to 4 old shares, the company's share capital still amounts at seventy-three million one hundred thirty-one thousand seven hundred seventy-six Euros and sixty-four cents (€ 73,131,776.64), divided into seventeen million five hundred seventy-nine thousand seven hundred fifty-four (17,579,754) ordinary registered shares with voting rights with a nominal value of four Euros and sixteen cents (€ 4.16) each.
It is stressed that the 17,579,754 new ordinary registered shares with voting rights which resulted from the above corporate action started being traded on Athens Stock Exchange on Monday, 9 August 2010.
