Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors as executive member
OPAP S.A., pursuant to article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and resolution 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Capital Market Commission's BoD, announces to the investors that OPAP`s BoD, decided to accept the resignation of Mr. George Kyriakos as an executive member of the Board.
Mr. George Kyriakos, henceforth, remains as a non executive member of the OPAP' s BoD.
Furthermore, the decisions of:
1. OPAP's BoD (11/16.04.2010), defining the BoD's composition and
2. the 10th Annual General Meeting's (14.06.2010), ratifying the election of the new members of BoD, are still valid.
Mr. George Kyriakos, henceforth, remains as a non executive member of the OPAP' s BoD.
Furthermore, the decisions of:
1. OPAP's BoD (11/16.04.2010), defining the BoD's composition and
2. the 10th Annual General Meeting's (14.06.2010), ratifying the election of the new members of BoD, are still valid.
