In accordance with the directives of the Presidential Decree 82/96 (article 1, paragraph 5) concerning the registration of shares of societes anonymes that participate in public tenders, either themselves or consortium members, as amended by the directives of article 8 of Law 3310/2005 concerning the transparency of public contracts which was amended and supplemented by Law 3414/2005, "AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A." (The Company) announces its intention to participate and submit offer in No. 18/2010 Contest Declaration Φ. 600.1/27/21836/Σ.1309/26.05.2010 "Order of Supplies and Materials (Nomination of air transport services to and from Island 'K') launched by the High Military Command Support Supplies/2nd Division, to cover the needs of the Hellenic Army General Staff for the year 2010 in accordance with the provisions of Law 2362/95, Law 2286/97 and Article 11 of Decree 60/07, with criterion of adjudication the lower price, while signing a 4-year framework contract and first contract year of 2010.
The submission date is July 26, 2010, or in the case of postponement the new date that will be determined.
It is further announced by the Company that its shareholders that are societes anonymes and hence must have their shares registered to physical entities in accordance with the presidential decree 82/1996, must submit within the legal timeframe to the Company all data required for the determination of their shareholders in accordance with article 3, paragraph 1 of aforementioned presidential decree. Non compliance with the above deprives shareholders from their presentation and voting rights in the Company's general assembly and any kind of property rights derived by their shareholding, up to their full conformity to the above obligations.
