OPAP S.A. announces, that pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3340/2005, as well as the Capital Market Commission's decisions 3/347/12.7.2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007, Eurobank EFG Equities A.E.P.E.Y., in which Mr. Dimosthenis I. Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive Member of the Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of OPAP S.A.'s Board (and liable person according to Law 3340/2005), notified OPAP S.A. on 19.08.2010, that:
