Following relevant request received from the Capital Market Committee and information received by the Foreign Investment Fund, Javes S.A., "A. G. Petzetakis S.A." announces the following.
1. The interim finance of the available amount of 7m euro has not yet been concluded due to pending legal procedures which are anticipated to have been completed by Thursday, 18.11.2010, date by which, the Company will announce to the investors the date of collection of the stated amount.
2. In order for the company to provide more complete information to the investors, the funds required for the financing and the capital strengthening of the Company originate though a bond which has been already issued. The collection of funds is expected to take place in parallel with the signing of the final documents as per the Bond Sale Agreement with the existing Foreign Bondholders, which is imminently expected.
