"AUTOHELLAS SA" is, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005 and Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, a related legal entity with Mr Eftyhios Vassilakis father's name Theodoros, Non - Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
- Mr Athanasios Arvanitis father's name Markos, General Manager, 242.243 Piraeus Bank common shares for the aggregate amount of Euro 242.243,00.
- Mr Eftyhios Vassilakis father's name Theodoros, Non - Executive Member of the Board of Directors, 559.007 Piraeus Bank common shares for the aggregate amount of Euro 559.007,00.
- Mr Ioannis Viggopoulos father's name Fotios, General Manager, 636.396 Piraeus Bank common shares for the aggregate amount of Euro 636.396,00.
