ELLAKTOR S.A. discloses the following:
Angelos Giokaris, Member (Executive) of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the sale a) of 5,731 common registered shares of the Company on 26.01.2011, with a total net value of Euro 21,563.18, and b) of 7,269 common registered shares of the Company on 27.01.2011, with a total net value of Euro 27.326.06, transactions that were disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
