Frigoglass announces that, following its BoD resolution of the 12th May 2011, it intends to sell its treasury shares. During the period between May 13th and December 30th 2011, Frigoglass intends to sell a maximum of 2.780.629 treasury shares, at a minimum sale price of €9.00 per share.
