- Publication of the Full Year 2010 Financial Results & Annual Conference Call with Analysts: Wednesday 23rd, March 2011
- Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Tuesday 10th, May 2011
- Ex-Dividend Date 2010: Thursday 12th, May 2011
- Dividend beneficiaries 2010 - Record date: Monday 16th, May 2011 **
- Announcement of the First Quarter 2011 Financial Results: Wednesday 18th, May 2011

(*) The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the public by amending the present.
(**) In accordance with the new, revised ATHEX Rulebook, starting on 01.01.2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates", replacing the "trade date" rule. Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the D.S.S. on the relevant record date.
The fiscal year 2010 dividend will be paid out through Piraeus Bank on Friday 20th, May 2011 Piraeus Bank will credit the operators accounts, which in turn will credit the beneficiaries accounts.
In any case the dividend 2010 and the first day of payment will take place prior to 20th of May, 2011, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company's stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX 20 index in which it is included.
The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end or trading on Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the Companies website (www.mytilineos.gr) as well as the website of the Athens Exchange (www.ase.gr).
