EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA, where Mr. Nikolaos Karamouzis, Member of the Board of Directors of OTE SA, is Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors, on November 30, 2010 purchased 49,710 shares of OTE SA of a total value of 340,029.86 euro.
