As of Monday 28 February 2011, all administration services of MYTILINEOS Member-Companies located in Attica, that is METKA S.A. and its subsidiaries RODAX S.A. and ELEMKA S.A., ALUMINIUM S.A. and the Group's energy company, PROTERGIA S.A., are relocated to a new office complex at 8 Artemidos St., in the Maroussi area.
The joint operation within the same building of all Member-Companies will help put to full use the synergies between the individual companies and will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience between employees. It will also maximise the benefits from the economies of scale created, as the new building is close to the headquarters of MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. - the building which serves as the Group's Corporate Centre.
