The company's Board of Directors elected Nikolaos Koritsas as non executive member of Board of Directors in replacement of Stephen Leonhard for the rest of his service till June 29/6/2013.
The election of the new member will be announced in the upcoming regular or extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders.
After the above-mentioned replacement, the synthesis of the company's Board of Directors has as follows:
1. George Apostolopoulos, Chairman of Board of Directors, executive member.
2. Christos Apostolopoulos, Vice-President of Board of Directors, executive member.
