ELLAKTOR S.A. hereby announces to the investing community that its subsidiary AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A. has transferred 15%, of its holding in MOREAS S.A. (concession company of the project 'Concession of the Corinth-Tripoli-Kalamata Motorway and Leftkro-Sparti Branch') to J&P-AVAX S.A. and respectively, of its holding in the construction joint venture, of the above motorway, for a total amount of EUR 25.6 million. Consequently, the current participation of AKTOR CONCESSIONS in MOREAS S.A. is now 71.67%.
