3) Bought on 04.05.2011, 9,252 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 131,952.51
4) Sold on 04.05.2011, 24,431 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 348,318.12
5) Bought on 04.05.2011, 2,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 28,240.00
6) Sold on 04.05.2011, 19,925 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 284,842.68
7) Sold on 04.05.2011, 2,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 28,520.00.
The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
