OPAP S.A., pursuant to article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and resolution 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Capital Market Commission BoD, announces that OPAP`s BoD, during its meeting on 31 March 2011, accepted the resignation of the executive President of OPAP's BoD, Mr. Haris K. Stamatopoulos and appointed as President of OPAP's BoD, Mr. Ioannis Spanoudakis, CEO.
Mr. George I. Ganotis was appointed by OPAP's BoD as executive member of the Board, in replacement of the resigned executive member of the Board and redefined the Board status by amendment of the 28/27.10.2010 (item 1) decision of the Board of Directors, as follows:
