Sharholder's change in voting rights
FOURLIS HOLDINGS SA announces that, according to law 3556/2007, the percentage of voting rights of Capital Research and Management Company in the company, has decreased below the 10% limit from 20th January 2011, as Capital Research and Management Company announced to the company, on 24 January 2011, based on law 3556/2007, the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the board of directors of Capital Markets Committee and the circular 33 of the Capital Markets Committee.
According to the above mentioned announcement, on 20th January 2011 Capital Research and Management Company was the owner of 5.028.567 shares and voting rights of FOURLIS HOLDINGS SA or 9,869% of the shareholders equity.
