ELLAKTOR S.A. hereby announces to investors that the following project has been awarded to a Joint Venture between AKTOR and REDCO, in which AKTOR is the leader and has a 50% holding: Construction of a Tower to be used as the headquarters of the International Bank of Qatar in Doha, capital of the State of Qatar. The Tower will comprise 33 floors and 5 basements. The contractual amount for the above project is EUR 97 million or QAR 489,000,000.00.
Construction of the project will take 27 months.
