In accordance with the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation (article 4.1.3.1. item 12), J&P-AVAX S.A. announces the conclusion of its tax auditing up to and including 2009. The additional tax charged by the audit for the five fiscal years 2005-2009 amounts to €506,587 which is fully provisioned for in Company accounts, leaving a balance of provisions amounting to around 53 thousand euros for future use.
