The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 02/02/11 to the purchase of 700 (seven hundred) common shares at the price of 3.01 euros (three euros and one cent) of total value 2,107 euros (two thousand one hundred and seven euros).
